Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2024

The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is Scotland’s biggest running festival. This famous event has something for everyone whether you want to attempt the full marathon or 5k or team up for the Hairy Haggis Relay.

How to sign up:

For just a small registration, you can take up your charity place with Scottish Mountain Rescue at the Edinburgh Marathon Festival:

5k – Registration fee £20, Minimum sponsorship £100

10k – Registration fee £20, Minimum sponsorship amount £150

Half Marathon – Registration fee £25, Minimum sponsorship amount £250

Full Marathon – Registration fee £30, Minimum sponsorship amount £550

Team Relay – Registration fee £20 per person, Minimum sponsorship amount £580 per team.

Junior Races – Registration fee £5, Minimum sponsorship £35

Choose your distance and apply for a Scottish Mountain Rescue charity place on the Edinburgh Marathon Festival website here. Once your application has been received, we will be in touch to process your registration fee and provide you with a Scottish Mountain Rescue T-shirt and fundraising support.
